Ingredients
- 2 ounces coconut cream
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 ounce lavender syrup
- 2 ounces agave syrup or white grape juice
- Ice cubes for shaking and serving
- Lime wedges and dried lavender for garnish
Instructions
- To create homemade lavender syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar in a small saucepan. Add dried lavender and heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, steep, then strain out the lavender.
- In a cocktail shaker, mix coconut cream, lime juice, lavender syrup, and your choice of agave syrup or white grape juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedges and sprinkle dried lavender on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
