Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add cooled macaroni and gently fold in celery, bell pepper, onion, and hard-boiled eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to enhance flavors.
