- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and yeast; let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, egg, and salt; mix well. Gradually incorporate flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- For the filling, blend softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (16×24 inches), spread the filling evenly, roll tightly from the long side, and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish; cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the icing by mixing cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once baked, drizzle with icing before serving.
