Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- In a small bowl, blend cocoa powder with 2 tablespoons of the mixture to create a chocolate paste. Swirl this back into the main mixture for a marbled effect.
- Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, process in the Ninja Creami on the Ice Cream setting. If crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and re-spin.
- Add chocolate chunks using the Mix-in setting until evenly distributed.
