Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add broccoli and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of oil and cook marinated chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add broccoli back to the pan along with hoisin sauce; stir well to combine and heat through for another minute.
- Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
