Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions and stir in melted butter.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with prepared stuffing.
- Bake for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden brown topping.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
