  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 to 4 ounces cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it to form a ball.
  4. Arrange the formed meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with ketchup and mustard.
