- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and cut the russet potatoes into wedges. Toss them with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned potatoes for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
- Add sliced chicken or turkey sausage to the skillet with potatoes and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter, then pour in heavy cream while stirring to create a creamy base.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture and cover to melt for about 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
