Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with half of the mozzarella and chopped parsley; stir in the cooked chicken mixture.
- Lay tortillas flat; divide the chicken mixture among them, sprinkling remaining mozzarella on top.
- Fold sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Grill wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing diagonally; garnish with parsley if desired.
