Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 dinner rolls
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic and Italian seasoning until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Hollow out the tops of each dinner roll.
- Fill each roll with the beef mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over the filled rolls.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with parsley and serving warm.
