Instructions
- Wash, core, and dice the Honeycrisp apple into small chunks.
- In a non-stick pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add diced apples and cinnamon, cooking for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Spoon Greek yogurt into a serving bowl as a base.
- Top with warm caramelized apples, granola, and chopped walnuts.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional cinnamon before serving.
