- 2 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6-8 corn Tortillas
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, and cheddar cheese until well-coated.
- Warm each tortilla in a skillet for 15-20 seconds per side until soft.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry taquitos seam-side down for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve with Greek yogurt mixed with ranch dressing for dipping.
