Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit until foamy.
- Add melted butter, egg, salt, and 2 cups of flour; mix into a soft dough.
- Gradually add remaining flour until the dough is slightly sticky yet manageable.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling by warming Biscoff cookie butter and mixing brown sugar with cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, and roll tightly into a log.
- Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking pan; let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
