  • 1 cup thinly sliced beef tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients ahead of time; refrigerate cooked rice.
