Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion for 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lower heat and mix in softened cream cheese until fully melted and combined with the beef mixture. Allow to cool slightly.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Place 1/2 cup of the beef mixture and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla. Fold and roll tightly to seal.
- In a clean skillet over medium heat, cook burritos seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing each burrito in half diagonally and serve warm.
