Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir until bubbling, then add sliced bananas, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cook for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, remaining brown sugar, baking powder, salt, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Spread the caramelized banana mixture in the greased dish and drop spoonfuls of the batter over it.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
