Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen tater tots
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Stir in diced chicken and half of the crumbled bacon; season with salt and pepper.
- Layer frozen tater tots evenly in the baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the tater tots.
- Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the remaining bacon on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions.
