Ingredients
- 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
- 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
- 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Slice the cookie dough into 1/4 inch pieces and press them into a greased pizza pan.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes until lightly browned; cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Decorate with blueberries for the blue section and raspberries for red stripes.
- Pipe remaining cream cheese mixture for white stripes between raspberries.
- Chill before serving.
