Ingredients
- 6-8 ripe fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss gently.
- Pour the peach mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining flour, brown sugar, oats, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
