- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 6 oz blueberries
- 8 oz pound cake or ladyfingers, cubed
- Optional: strawberry jam or berry compote
- Extra berries and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and gradually mix in heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Rinse and dry strawberries and blueberries. Slice strawberries as needed.
- In clear cups or a trifle dish, layer cake cubes, cream mixture, and fruit alternately until filled. Optionally add a layer of strawberry jam between the cake and cream.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving. Garnish with extra berries and mint leaves.
