  • 8 oz pound cake or ladyfingers, cubed
  • Optional: strawberry jam or berry compote
  • Extra berries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and gradually mix in heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Rinse and dry strawberries and blueberries. Slice strawberries as needed.
