- 1+ cup cubed watermelon
- 1+ cup coconut water
Instructions
- Prepare the Watermelon: Remove the rind from the watermelon and cut it into cubes.
- Fill Your Pint Container: Place diced watermelon in a Ninja Creami pint container up to the max fill line. Add coconut water until it reaches the max fill line as well.
- Freeze Overnight: Secure the lid on the container and freeze for 12-24 hours.
- Spin Your Sorbet: When ready, microwave for 30 seconds or run warm water over the outside of the container before spinning in your Ninja Creami.
- Adjust Texture if Necessary: If chunky, re-spin until smooth and creamy.
