Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using). Stir well to avoid clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir once after 30 minutes.
- Mash or blend raspberries to your desired texture—smooth or slightly chunky.
- Layer the chia pudding and raspberry mixture in serving glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries or mint leaves if desired. Enjoy chilled!
