- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat it lightly with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and panko breadcrumbs until well mixed. If the mixture is too wet, gradually add more breadcrumbs until it reaches a moldable consistency.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a tot using your hands. Place each tot on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
