  • 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles

  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft.
  2. Transfer to a damp surface and add a layer of vermicelli noodles, carrots, cabbage, and diced tofu.
  3. Fold in the sides of the rice paper and roll tightly from the bottom.
  4. Lightly brush or spray each roll with sesame oil.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
