Ingredients
- 8 rice paper sheets
- 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft.
- Transfer to a damp surface and add a layer of vermicelli noodles, carrots, cabbage, and diced tofu.
- Fold in the sides of the rice paper and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Lightly brush or spray each roll with sesame oil.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
