- 2 tablespoons milk

- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberries, finely processed (for glaze)
Instructions
- Blend freeze-dried strawberries into a powder, reserving one tablespoon for the glaze.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract, milk, and strawberry powder until well combined.
- Shape the dough into a disk and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness and cut using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheets and bake at 325°F for 13–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool completely before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar, milk, and processed strawberries.
