- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 bag strawberry ice cream cone chocolate kisses (10 oz)
- Optional: Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the milk, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl; gradually add to wet mixture until just combined.
- Form cookie dough into balls using a scoop and optionally roll in sprinkles.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookie after removing from the oven.
- Allow cooling before transferring to a wire rack.
