Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 8 oz noodles (rice or egg)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss with a little oil.
- Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch until coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear chicken until golden brown.
- Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and red chili flakes; stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce for about one minute.
- Add cooked noodles; toss until warmed through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
