  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake; cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes).
  6. Flip pancakes carefully and cook until golden brown on both sides (another 2-3 minutes).
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on warm pancakes right after removing from skillet.
  8. Repeat until all batter is used and serve warm.
