  • 1/3 cup dill pickle liquid

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. Chop the dill pickles and mince the onion while the pasta cools.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle brine, fresh dill, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Add cooled pasta, chopped pickles, and cheese to the dressing; toss gently to coat.
  5. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
