  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion in a large pot over medium heat until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
