Ingredients

Scale
  • olive oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing and chopping all vegetables: dice the onion and red bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
