- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Coat each chicken breast evenly with the creamy mixture.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle optional seasonings on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
