  • 1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 ½ – 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold, cubed butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (approx. 395410 g)
  • Juice of 3 lemons (approx. 68 tablespoons)
  • Zest of 3 lemons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a square baking dish (about 9×9 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the cold butter cubes and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumble on top of the lemon filling.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
