- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup banana peppers (sliced)
- 3 sub rolls
- 1/4 pound turkey slices
- 1/4 pound turkey pepperoni
- 1/4 pound turkey breast
- 1/4 pound provolone cheese
- 1 tomato (sliced)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Fold in the shredded iceberg lettuce, red onion, and banana peppers until well mixed.
- Layer each sub roll with turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, additional turkey if desired, and provolone cheese.
- Preheat the oven's broiler and broil assembled sandwiches for about 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Top each sandwich with fresh tomato slices for added juiciness.
- Generously spoon the grinder salad over each sandwich before closing them up.
