- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 pound artisan pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Preheat your oven to 500°F and place your pizza stone inside.
- Prepare the dough by flattening it into a large disk on a floured surface.
- Spread the garlic béchamel over the dough, leaving an inch border. Top with half the mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for about 5 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-4 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Toss arugula with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; top the baked pizza before slicing.
