- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.5 oz flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 6 wraps, any type
- 7.05 oz low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by browning the ground beef in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Stir in chopped turkey pepperoni and seasonings; cook until fragrant.
- Make the sauce by mixing crushed tomatoes with tomato paste, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Assemble each wrap with the meat mixture, cheese, and sauce; roll tightly.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly spray tops with oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
