- 1 pound Ground Beef (or turkey/plant-based alternative)
- 4 large Flour Tortillas (whole wheat or gluten-free options)
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce (homemade or vegan)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice (or brown rice/quinoa)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 8–10 minutes. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and a splash of water, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Layer cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and chipotle sauce on each tortilla. Top with shredded cheeses before wrapping.
- Grill the burritos seam-side down in a skillet with butter or oil for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with your favorite dips.
