- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil. Stir in cornstarch if desired.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer.
- Season with salt and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and toss gently to coat.
- Lower the heat and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.
