Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup fat-free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- Sugar-free maple syrup to taste
- 6 graham crackers or crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh fruit and jam for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, fat-free cream cheese, protein powder, and sugar-free maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of jars.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust until full.
- Refrigerate jars for 1-2 hours to set. Top with fresh fruit or jam before serving.
