- 200-250g small pasta (like macaroni)
- Italian herbs (oregano/basil), salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Pour in diced tomatoes and broth; stir well. Add seasoning and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add uncooked pasta directly into the soup, cooking for an additional 10–15 minutes until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or cheese if desired.
