  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and layer it with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheeses.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sprinkle shredded cheese on it. Place the burrito seam-side down on top of the melted cheese and grill until golden brown on both sides (about 3–4 minutes each side).
