- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: Chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate over each scoop.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
