Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate over each scoop.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
