Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and slice it in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds if preferred and cut it into thin half-moons.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, chopped imitation crab sticks, and cubed avocado.
- In a separate bowl, mix Kewpie mayonnaise, whipped cream cheese, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Top with toasted sesame seeds before serving for added flavor.
