- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them into thin rounds (about 1/8-inch thick) using a sharp knife or mandolin.
- Arrange the zucchini slices on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out moisture, then pat dry with another paper towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil and your chosen seasonings until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the zucchini slices in a single layer. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Check for doneness at around the 90-minute mark; if they’re still soft, bake longer.
