Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Coat tofu evenly with cornstarch.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry coated tofu until golden brown on all sides.
- Add the honey garlic sauce to the skillet and simmer briefly.
- Toss the fried tofu in the sauce until well-coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
