Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for seasoned flour, one for whisked eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dredge each marinated chicken breast first in flour, then dip into egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry the chicken in hot oil for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Drain on paper towels and let rest before serving.
