- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
- Season both sides of the chicken with a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Blend cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture over each chicken breast. Lay two slices of turkey bacon on top and roll tightly.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the wraps seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving whole.
