- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)
- Vegetables of your choice (e.g., spinach, bok choy, bell peppers)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from the pot and let rest before slicing.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the same pot and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and water; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 4-5 minutes).
- Mix in heavy cream, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes if desired; simmer.
- Add cornstarch mixture to thicken the broth slightly.
- Toss in your chosen vegetables; cook until tender.
- Slice rested chicken into bite-sized pieces and serve atop the ramen, garnished with green onions.
