Instructions

- Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest for 5–10 minutes to soften.
- Divide the dough into small pieces (palm-sized).
- Shape each piece into rough circles.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Cook each flatbread for about 2–3 minutes on both sides until golden brown and slightly puffed.
- Stack cooked flatbreads under a towel to keep warm and tender until serving.
