- 1 cup whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If needed, drain excess liquid from the cottage cheese for crispier chips.
- Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to place mounds of cottage cheese on the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each mound to about 1/4 inch thick using the back of a metal spoon.
- Sprinkle your desired seasonings evenly over the chips.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until edges are dark brown and surface is golden; check after 20 minutes.
- Allow cooling completely before serving.
